Course Registration Information:

If you are registering for a course and do not order the textbook, no shipping charges will be charged. You will be emailed the course registration confirmation. A confirmation will be sent within 24 hours during regular business hours. Confirmations are generally not sent after hours, on weekends or holidays. This confirmation will contain all the specific course details & pre-course information you will need to prepare for your upcoming course. If you have not received your email confirmation within this time frame, please check your SPAM folder. All emails are sent from gwtrainingcenter@mfa.gwu.edu. If you still have not received your confirmation, please contact the Training Center.

Course Materials:

If you have purchase any materials, the Training Center will ship it using the shipping method selected during checkout. The standard shipping method is USPS. Materials shipped to the Washington DC Metro area are generally received within 2-3 business days. 

Course materials are generally shipped Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM. Orders placed after 4PM are may not ship until the next business day.
